Mervat Sultan, FRAeS is a pioneering leader in aviation and the Director and Co-Founder of Ramjet Co and FltCtrl Ltd. With over 25 years of experience, she is one of the Middle East’s first female FAA/GCAA-certified flight dispatchers. As the founder and President of Women in Aviation Middle East, Mervat mentors women and champions industry diversity. A Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, she remains committed to excellence and equity in aviation.
