Exhibitors FAQ’s

I would like to enquire about exhibiting at BIAS2024, who can I contact?

In the first instance, please complete our enquiry form here and a member of our sales team will contact you in due course.

How do I register my passes?

Passes must be registered through E-Net. Please ensure registration is completed at least 72 hours prior to arrival on site.

Visitors for the public days access times are 9:00 to 19:00.

When will I receive my e-net login and stand location confirmed?

E-Net will become available nearer the Airshow and stand locations can be found under your account information.

Registration for visitors attending on public days will be available in due course.

What is the deadline for booking stand space at BIAS2024?

There is not a deadline, however, to ensure that you get the right location for your business please ensure you contact the Sales Team ASAP.

What are the important deadlines?

You will be able to find all the important deadlines via your E-net Account.
Key Action dates have this symbol and are also listed in the Exhibitor Regulations .

Will I be able to print my badge onsite?

We encourage you to register online before the event as there will be no onsite registration or ticket sales. After registering, please ensure to bring your print at home badge before arriving at the venue. The badge must be printed in colour onto an A4 paper. Badge holders and lanyards will be available and distributed at multiple locations onsite at the venue.

Who can I contact if I did not receive a confirmation email after registering online?

Do I need a visa to enter Bahrain?

For Visa and entry requirements please consult www.airshow.bh.
Further information about Visas is also listed in section 6.10 of the Exhibitor Regulations.
PLEASE NOTE: For participants/ aircraft crew flying directly into Sakhir Airbase there will be a customs and immigration facility on site.

For which dates is my pass valid?

Participant/ Exhibitor passes are valid from 11 November until and including 16 November.
Contractors’ passes are valid from 28 October-12 November and then 16-19 November.
*PLEASE NOTE: contractor passes are NOT valid during the show days 13-15 November. If contractors need to be on-site during the show open days a service pass must be obtained.

What time do the gates open?

Gates open at 07:00hrs.

When can we have access for the build up?

Access for build up is between 28 October until 12 November.

What are the build-up hours each day?

Build up hours are 07:00hrs- 19:00hrs.
For build-up late night working may be available on application.

What is the latest time by which materials/ equipment must be removed pre-show?

All vehicles, packing material and surplus equipment or pre-show materials must be removed from the Exhibition site by 19:00 hours on Monday 11 November.
*PLEASE NOTE: Any such materials or equipment left after his time will be removed from the site by the Waste Contractor at the Exhibitors expense.

Do Exhibitors/Contractors need to wear PPE?

Boots and High-Vis jackets are required during build up and break-down.

What are the break-down hours each day?

Break down hours are 07:00hrs- 19:00hrs.

What are the dates for break-down?

Access for break-down is between 16-19 November.

What is the latest time by which materials/ equipment must be removed post-show?

Exhibition stands, chalets and external sites must be completely cleared by no later than 18:00 hours on Tuesday 19 November. Thereafter the pass will no longer be operational, and access will not be permitted.

Do Exhibitors/Contractors need to wear PPE?

Boots and High-Vis jackets are required during build up and break-down.

How do contractors receive their own login details for E-net?

You will need to register your official contractor through E-net, they will then receive their own login details.

Is there parking included with the Chalet Package?

  • Yes, included in this package is one executive car and driver (available for international companies only) to transport staff/ guests as required by the Participant.
  • A parking bay will be reserved for the executive car adjacent to each chalet.
  • An additional vehicle label and parking bay will be allocated to each chalet to use for one of their own vehicles.

*PLEASE NOTE: Guests can park for free at the visitor’s car park.

Where can I park during the show?

Parking is available for free at the Visitors car park that have no valid show pass. The visitor’s car park is located at Gate 2.
