His leadership is central to expanding market presence and positioning RapidFlight as a leader in the unmanned systems space. Justen’s military career includes senior leadership positions such as Senior Enlisted Leader and Operations Senior Enlisted Advisor at Air Force Special Operations Command, where he managed a $250M budget and oversaw operations across 31 countries. His expertise in global flight operations, strategic planning, and policy development has driven mission success across multiple domains, integrating new technologies and improving operational readiness. He has advised Special Operations Forces leaders on UAS technologies and strategies, focusing on operational needs in low-intensity conflict scenarios.
